AIRS-980226b.linux.dyn-bin.tgz is a gzip compressed tar archive containing the
binary distribution of the current version of AIRS (formerly "WAMPlus"), a
WAMPES-derived NOS-like system for Linux.
It belongs in tcpip/wampes or something.
